Session Pricing & Scope – Starting rates apply to individuals, couples, and small immediate families. Larger groups, multi-family sessions, or additional session types (such as branding, commercial, or editorial work) require separate bookings and custom pricing. Each session is booked with a specific purpose in mind—combining multiple session types into one is not included.

Travel Fees – Sessions outside the Denver metro area may include additional travel fees. Please reach out for a personalized quote based on your location.

Charitable Work – I believe in giving back. Each year, I donate up to three photography sessions to charitable events or organizations. Once those slots are filled, all additional charitable work is billed at standard rates.

Booking & Payment – A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due before final image delivery.

Rescheduling & Cancellations – Life happens. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, and I’ll do my best to accommodate. Retainers are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if rescheduling is required. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to additional fees.

For outdoor sessions, weather calls are made collaboratively—usually the day before or morning of the shoot. If the weather’s not safe or workable, we’ll reschedule at no additional cost.

Final Images – All sessions include high-resolution digital images. Prints, albums, and other physical products are available as an additional investment. Delivery time for digital galleries is typically 2–3 weeks, though rush options may be available upon request.

Usage Rights – Portrait sessions include personal use rights only. Commercial or promotional use (including branding, editorial, and business marketing) requires a custom license and agreement. Please let me know your intended use so we can make sure everything’s covered.
