A non-refundable $50 retainer is required at the time of booking to hold your session. This retainer is separate from the cost of the session and does not go toward the final balance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the retainer. One complimentary reschedule is allowed if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
For outdoor sessions, rescheduling due to weather is permitted and will be coordinated case by case.
The remaining session fee is due at the time of the session. No images will be released until payment is made in full.
Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time without refund or reschedule.
Edited images will be delivered via online gallery within 2 weeks of the session unless otherwise agreed upon. Galleries remain active for 90 days. Please download and back up your files during this time.
All images remain the copyright of Viva Las Roxie and may not be altered or used commercially without written permission. Clients receive personal-use rights to download and share their images.
Sessions outside the Denver-Metro area may be subject to a travel fee. Please inquire in advance for a custom quote.
By booking, you agree to these terms and give permission for Viva Las Roxie to use images from your session for portfolio, social media, and promotional use, unless otherwise requested in writing.
